At HULALA HOME, we want you to love your new furniture. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
